Program Overview

  • This program is designed to focus on the participant gaining experience while the company evaluates the individual's skill, knowledge, and work ethic.

Mission

​

  • Establish a structure to attract and evaluate recent graduates and Students of Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Maintenance, Tool & Die and other applicable degrees. Here at APMM we want to  improve the abilities of each graduate through on the job training as well as improve performance of the entire organization from a mid to long-term perspective.

Strategy

​

  • Recruit recent graduates or students to work under controlled circumstances so that they may evaluate and develop their own skills.

Partnering Colleges and Program Duration

​

  • Industrial Maintenance & Tool & Die- 2 year program through Northeast MS Community College in Booneville, MS and Itawamba Community College in Belden, MS.                      
     

  • Engineering-12 week program from May-August.  We partner with The University of Mississippi in Oxford, MS and Mississippi State University in Starkville, MS
